Bronco - PowerPack Rack
The Ford Bronco PowerPack Rack combines the proven utility of our M.A.S.S. Cargo Shelf with dedicated mounting provisions for KC HiLiTES flat lithium batteries and the REDARC BCDC Alpha 50.
Space inside a four-door Bronco is valuable. Once you start adding recovery gear, tools, camp equipment, a fridge, trail spares, and auxiliary power components, the cargo area fills up fast. The PowerPack Rack helps solve that problem by using space that already exists within the shelf structure.
KC HiLiTES 105Ah and 150Ah flat lithium batteries tuck neatly into the shelf cavities, while the raised shelf still gives you an extra level of organized cargo storage above the factory load floor. Instead of giving up cargo space to mount batteries and charging components, the PowerPack Rack lets your storage system and auxiliary power foundation work together.
The shelf includes cargo securement features, front and rear edge guards, KC battery mounting provisions, and REDARC BCDC Alpha 50 mounting holes.
Important: Batteries, wiring, switching, chargers, and electrical accessories are sold separately. The PowerPack Rack is the vehicle-specific shelf and mounting foundation for those components.

Where are your products made?
All American Adventure Lab products are proudly designed, tested, and manufactured in-house in St. George, Utah, using high-quality materials and precision processes. We are committed to American manufacturing and craftsmanship.
Do you offer installation instructions?
Yes! Most of our products include detailed install instructions. Check the "Instructions" section below the product details above. If we have a digital version of the instructions, they will be included there. You will also receive a printed sheet with your order that details how to ask questions or receive installation assistance.
Can I return or exchange an item?
